Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, renewals and refunds work for paid StructuralMind subscriptions provided by TAN Software & Engineering. Payments are taken through Paddle (our Merchant of Record), which handles sales and billing on our behalf; we do not store your full card details.
01Free trial
Where we offer a trial, you can evaluate the paid features at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
02Subscription and auto-renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance at the start of each period and renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing management screen.
03Effect of cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew afterwards. The remaining days of the current period are not separately refunded.
04Right of withdrawal
StructuralMind is a digital service to which you get immediate access on purchase. For digital services provided instantly, a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation may be limited or may not apply. Where the law of your country grants you such a right (for example, a 14-day cooling-off period in some regions), that right always applies.
05Good-faith refund (first subscription only)
Although not legally required, when you subscribe to a plan for the first time, if you contact us within 14 days of payment we will review your request in good faith.
06Renewals
Automatic renewal payments and usage-based (extra usage) charges are, as a rule, non-refundable.
07How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the card or method you paid with, through Paddle.
08How to request a refund
Write to contact@tansoft.tech from the email registered to your account, with your transaction details. For billing questions you can also contact Paddle via the receipt sent to you.
09Your statutory rights
This policy does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
