01Data we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), billing details (payment is handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card data), usage and log data needed to run and secure the service, and — on paid plans — the project content you upload or create (models, calculations, reports).
02How we use your data
To provide and maintain the service, manage your account and subscription, process billing, provide support, keep the service secure, meet our legal obligations, and improve StructuralMind.
03Legal basis
We process personal data under applicable data protection laws (Turkey's KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR) — on the grounds of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests, your consent where required, and our legal obligations.
04Free tools and your files
In the free viewers and calculators, your files are not stored on our servers — they are processed only in your browser for the duration of your session. File storage is available on paid plans and only at your request.
05Sharing, processors and transfers
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure (hosting) and payment providers needed to run the service, under confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities where legally required. Some providers may be located abroad; any transfer is made in line with applicable law.
06Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long as legal obligations require. When you close your account, your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
07Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@tansoft.tech.
08Cookies
We use essential and functional cookies needed for the site to work (for example, session and language preference). We do not use advertising cookies.
