Questions
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- Invoices are issued in US Dollars. Applicable taxes (VAT) are calculated separately and added on top of the prices by the payment system.
- Do free calculations stay free?
- Yes — everyday calculations like Beam Analysis, Section Properties, IFC & DXF Viewer are always free with a sign-up.
- How are API calls counted?
- Each calculation run through the REST API counts as one call. Usage through the web UI is not included in the API call count.
- Are payments secure? Is my card information stored?
- All payments are processed securely and encrypted. Your card details are stored securely by the payment provider and can be deleted anytime. StructuralMind does not store your card information.
- How am I billed, and how do I access my invoices?
- Your invoices are generated by the payment provider, linked to your account, and available in your account settings. Country taxes (VAT) are calculated and added automatically.
